When I moved to Louisiana, the biggest change I had to get used to was the landscape. New England is so mountainous and full of maple and pine trees, but Louisiana is something completely different. While driving on the overpasses in New Orleans, I see the cypress trees growing out of the water, and everywhere I look, I see Spanish moss.
To me, Spanish moss is the most beautiful thing in the world. It enhances Louisiana’s beauty, and makes everything look so elegant…almost like I stepped into a Nicholas Sparks movie.
